Every trip you build is saved here. Open one to keep editing, duplicate it as a starting point for a similar package, or export it for a client.
Step 1
Your agency
This appears on every itinerary you send. Set it once — it carries across all future trips.
Look and feel
The accent colour is used for headings, highlights and buttons throughout the client itinerary.
Gold suits most pilgrimage branding. Deep green, burgundy and bronze also work well against the dark background.
PNG with a transparent background works best. Stored inside the itinerary file, so it travels with it.
Step 2
Trip details
The essentials. Changing dates or nights rebuilds the day-by-day plan, so set these before you start editing days.
Set on the Rooms step below.
Cities
Makkah first
Arrive Jeddah, Umrah on day one, then travel to Madinah.
Madinah first
Arrive Madinah, settle, then enter Ihram for Makkah.
This directly reduces the food line in the budget — if dinner is already paid for, the client shouldn't be budgeting for it.
Room configuration
How the group is split across rooms. Between 1 and 4 pilgrims per room.
Package price
Shown to the client as the total already paid. Leave blank to hide it.
Step 3
Group & rooming
Add each pilgrim and assign them a room. The client sees a clean rooming list; you get a manifest you can hand straight to the hotel.
Travellers
Rooming preview
Exactly how it appears on the client itinerary.
Step 4
Flights
Add each leg, including connections. Leave this empty if the client is booking their own flights — the section simply won't appear.
Step 5
What's included
Tick everything covered in the package price. Clients consistently ask what they still need to pay for, so being explicit here saves you messages later.
Common inclusions
Your list
Reorder isn't needed — these appear as a grid on the client's itinerary.
Step 6
Day by day
Generated from your dates — Fridays become Jumu'ah automatically, Ziyarah sits a few days in, and shopping falls near the end of each city. Edit anything.
Step 7
On-the-ground budget
What the client spends beyond the package — meals, taxis, data and shopping. Pick a tier to auto-calculate, then override any line.
Simple
Street food, shuttle over taxis.
—
Comfortable
Mix of quick and sit-down meals.
—
Generous
Restaurants, frequent taxis.
—
Edit any figure to override it. Totals recalculate as you type.
Step 8
Extra sections
Reference material that makes the itinerary genuinely useful once the client has landed. Include what fits the trip.
Language
The client itinerary can be produced in English or Arabic. Arabic switches the whole document to right-to-left.
English
Standard output.
العربية · Arabic
Full RTL layout, Arabic headings, dates, Ziyarah and checklists.
Note on Arabic: the day plan is regenerated in Arabic from your trip settings, so any wording you typed yourself on the Days step will not carry across. Hotel names, flight details and your own notes appear exactly as you entered them.
Currency
Show the budget total converted alongside USD. Rates move — update them when you quote.
Pegged — rarely changes.
Floats — check before quoting.
QR code
Prints in the footer. Point it at wherever the client can open this itinerary online.
Enable the QR toggle above for it to appear. Leave blank to hide it.
Notes for the client
Practical reminders — visa, currency, Rawdah permits, shuttle timings, anything specific to this package.

Step 9
Photos
Four places where a photograph lifts the whole document. Every image is compressed and embedded into the file, so it still works offline and over WhatsApp.
Use your own photographs where you can. A picture of the actual hotel lobby, your group at the airport, or a previous trip is worth far more to a client than stock imagery — and it is the clearest signal that this itinerary was made for them. Images are resized to 1600px and re-compressed automatically, so a 5MB phone photo lands around 200KB.
Step 9
Preview & share
Exactly what your client sees. Send the file over WhatsApp, or copy a link if you've hosted the builder online.
Which to use: the downloaded file is the reliable one — send it on WhatsApp as a document and it opens in any phone browser, offline, with no app needed. The itinerary uses no JavaScript at all, so it renders in even the strictest in-app browsers. Downloads can be blocked inside embedded previews — if nothing lands in your downloads folder, save this builder to your computer and open it directly, or use “Open in new tab” and save from there. The share link only works once the builder is hosted at a web address.
